Your neighbors paid someone to do this, it’s a conspiracy against all that is tacky and gaudy:
Criminal damage to property: A homeowner in the 3300 block of Olson Drive called police Nov. 29 to report damage to his property. Between 10 p.m. and midnight Nov. 28, someone vandalized a snowman ornament. The ornament, an inflatable globe with a snowman family inside, was deflated.
Criminal damage to property: Police responded Nov. 30 to a criminal damage to property incident at a home in the 1500 block of Tierney Drive. Sometime the previous night, someone damaged an inflatable penguin that was on the front lawn. The vandals used a marker that is used to write on glass to damage the penguin. The homeowner wasn’t able to remove the marks.

Yeah, vandalism is bad and I hope the perpetrator is caught, but OTOH those things are really ugly.

Hey, there is only one remedy for Inflatulant TackyYardia, and that is a pair of pointy scissors. That’s not vandalism; that’s kindness.
