Headed up to Minneapolis for some breakfast at the Longfellow Grill with Aaron and Kimmy.
We had previously eaten at the Longfellow Grill for dinner w/skholla’s walterw and I had decided that it would be best to come back and try their scrumptious looking breakfast menu items.
Kimmy chose their banana waffle which was absolutely yummy. I had originally ordered their breakfast kabobs but had to switch to some Jack Cakes (granola, bananas, blueberries, peanuts, and honey on top of some pancakes) after the waitress told me someone else got the last of the kabobs for today… She wouldn’t let our table have two plates of banana waffles, claiming later, that the table’s sweetness factor would be too high…
I’m not normally a breakfast person (or a pancake person for that matter) but I really enjoyed this meal and I look forward to coming back soon.
