According to this Eagan Patch article, a woman received a suspicious note in her mailbox which concerned her. Her concern stemmed from a previous incident years before when someone broke into her home and stole her daughter’s underwear.
From the article:
7:56 a.m.—Police responded to a suspicious person call on the 4200 block of MacLaren Place. The reporting party found a suspicious note in her mailbox. The note said: “I have rabies and I am the man who lives under your house.” The reporting party was concerned because several years ago someone broke into her house and stole her daughter’s underwear.
I am not sure what to say about this. Why does Eagan have all the fun when it comes to police reports? Apple Valley used to have all the fun in this department but now Eagan seems to get all the spicy stories. But seriously? Stealing underwear and now having a rabies infected human under the house? This poor woman either attracts negative attention or creates it herself.

Did the police search under the house for the stolen underwear? If not, this appears to be sloppy police work.

Well, the good news for this woman is that the guy will be dead from his rabies within a matter of days. But, yeah Bill, this chick sounds like a magnet for oddballs.

Do you call the cops or animal control for this?

LOL, that was really funny, and I needed a good laugh.

Now THAT’S the kind of news I’m always interested in! I’d be worried the guy would start chewing through my floors.
