Kimmy and I made our way to one of our most favorite restaurants in Minnesota, Hogan Brother’s (Hot Hoagies). We were first introduced to this establishment in the fall of 2003 and have been regular visitors since!
Today we enjoyed our usual roast beef hoagies with everything but added a pumpkin and walnut muffin and some white chocolate, raspberry, ice cream. Absolutely incredible!
This weekend, as part of various celebrations centered around Northfield’s Sesquicentennial, the town was hosting a Jesse James showdown reenactment, an orchestra, food, and some other activities. Kimmy and I watched the reenactment (supposedly the best of its kind) and then enjoyed an afternoon on the grassy banks of the Cannon River listening to the orchestra and watching the planes fly overhead.
