From the Pioneer Press’ Eagan, Hastings, West St. Paul police calls:
Your neighbors called, they thanked the thieves for removing all of the tacky shit from your yard:
Theft: Three lawn ornaments were stolen in one month from a yard in the 1200 block of Pine Street, it was reported Sept. 16.
I suspect he took the name of the store literally:
Attempted theft: A man was caught shoplifting Sept. 16 at Quik Pic Food Market, 824 Allen Ave. He left the area on foot, leaving behind a backpack containing sausage, cold beer and two drills.

Can I get the name/phone number of those thieves? I have a few neighbors that could use a good burglary.

I used to have an affliction for lawn gnomes.

I have a Travelocity Roaming Gnome in my front garden. If he goes missing I will know who to blame.

My wife is very afraid of gnomes. Kinda odd imo. She cant stand driving through some town out on hwy 212 that has a bunch of gnomes along the highway.

It might be Olivia, I can never remember, but its on 212, and they have a good dozen or more two to three foot tall gnomes hanging around by the highway.

I hope you avoid “Ye Old Mill” at the state fair…that might send her over the edge!

Give the shop lifter a break. It is obvious that he was stocking up for a weekend party. “sausage, cold beer and two drills” heh

You dont steal a drill because you need a drill. You steal a drill because you need a hole.

Whao Chad… that some pro-found think’n there… I’m going to have to quote that one someday.

I certainly stole the quote from someone, but in fairness, I think the original quote was about buying, not stealing, so in the words of Randy from American Idol, I “owned that quote and made it my own.”
