There are all kinds of oddballs living among us. But when this happened and I found out he lived up the street, I couldn't help but consider that my wife and neighbors walked/jogged/biked past this guy's house hundreds of times. If he HAS to move back into the community, I'll admit that, selfishly, I'm fine with him living on the other side of town this time. I know and I’m in touch with the reality of these things. And yeah, in my version of utopia, we would have a way to keep these kinds of people isolated longer from the general public.
