Kimmy and I headed out to St. Paul for the 23rd annual Taste of Minnesota. Deep Purple was playing and was loud as usual but put on a good show. The food was as expensive as ever but decent… The cookies and cajun-grilled shrimp were the best. Perhaps they could have had some colder pop?

We didn’t bother to stay for the fireworks as we had to catch a bus before they started. We’ll probably see them at Valleyfair again like we have the past two summers (the perks of being with an employee ;))
