Dave, Chuck, Chad, and I took the weekend to head over to the greater Green Bay/Appleton, WI area to do some caching. This has become an annual tradition for running the numbers up.
We beat the storm out there and had two great days of caching netting us 142 caches for the trip. Last year we did 196 but one of the days was filled with ~98 that were lame pieces of shit velcored to the back of street signs in the Northern suburbs of Chicago.
While this trip was filled with finding a lot of pieces of shit, it was still great to spend time with friends.
Dave found his 5000th cache, woot! Great job dude. I’m looking to get up to 3000 — only 168 to go ;)
I do have some photos available from the trip but they honestly aren’t great to look at. There wasn’t much in the area that was shown to us. The Wisconsin Geocachers in the area should really be ashamed :(
