Indecent exposure: It was reported July 23 that a male wearing only a jock strap was seen in an open garage in the 100 block of Butler Avenue East. Police responded and cited the man on suspicion of indecent exposure.

I saw this in the paper while I was breakfasting at Junior’s this morning and laughed. It makes me ponder what the indecent exposure law looks like as regards jock straps and sumo costumes.

never having worn a jock strap, I’m not entirely sure of the answer, but doesn’t a jock strap cover just as much as a string bikini?
