The final day in PA :( My mother had to go back to work so my father carted us around in the morning. We needed to stop off and grab some HP Sauce for Aaron so we drove up to Wegman’s and cleared the remaining three bottles off the shelves. On our way back, we stopped for gas and I picked up some Tastycakes treats (Butterscotch Krimpets and Peanut Butter Candycakes). We can’t get this stuff in MN so it was a real treat!
We finished packing our stuff, I played pinball and finally broke 240 million! Woot. Top score ever! My mother stopped by the house to say goodbye and we were off to Allentown to fly out.
We had a great time in PA and it was great to see my parents, friends, and family again. I promise not to take two years to return again — I just don’t need the culture shock as the commercial hell creeps deeper into Clarks Summit.
After we arrived home, Aaron picked us up and had our Christmas present waiting for us. A box of RANDOM POCKY! Everything from Strawberry Pockey to Men’s Pocky! heh. Thanks Aaron for the great gift.
