Talking about blasting shit while blasted, I love it:
Drunk. Officers responded to a report that a man was sitting on the curb in front of his house talking to himself. When officers arrived they found a very intoxicated man who wanted officers to drive him to Washington, D.C., so that he could discuss the country’s military involvement in the Middle East with President Obama. Instead he was taken to detox.
Poor guy he was really hoping they’d break into the next car too just so he wouldn’t look so dumb:
Theft. Near 135th and Monterrey Avenue S., a man reported that someone stole CDs from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked in his driveway. An apparent attempt to enter a locked vehicle nearby was unsuccessful.

Dude must have been really plastered for them to haul him to detox. One would think (and hope) the police at least tried to just get him to go inside his house.
