Today was the first day for morning swimming. After last week’s lack of swimming on Wednesday because the pool doors were locked, I gave them a call and found out they had forgotten to tell the supervisor I’d be in. Today that was all rectified with an apology! Very nice.
Anyway, I was the *only* person in the pool today. I was very grateful to have backstroke flags at both ends of the pool and water temperature that is meant for competitive swimming and not old ladies’ water walking. Swimming in the mornings from 6:45 until 7:30 so I don’t expect to pull off the 3000 yards/day goal just yet but I’m already pretty close.
I was very tired today but I hope by Monday of next week I’ll be back in better shape.
