After spending the entire day with Chuck caching in Western, WI (see pictures from that trip here (mobile) and here (camera)) I forgot my jacket and car keys in his car. He agreed to meet up with me today to get them back to me and give me a little ribbing for being dumb.

I had arrived a bit early at Noodles and Company and started working on my presentation that I’m giving to the Three Rivers Park District tomorrow on behalf of the MnGCA. I tried Noodles’ new Braised Beef and Gnocchi which I felt was spectacular.

Chuck showed up around 11:45, had a bite to eat, and then we headed out to find some caches in the area. We were both a bit apprehensive about caching Minneapolis alone and after finding two bottles of prescription drugs near a cache my fears were strengthened ;) I called the Minneapolis Police and they removed the drugs.

By 2:30 we finished up 6 caches and a ton of walking. We split off and I headed for the Convention Center (another 9/10th of a mile walk) and enjoyed the warmer weather and sunshine while I walked down Nicollet Mall.

Kim called me as I was right out front of the Convention Center and we walked back to the LRT to get us most of the way back to the car.

Not a bad day!
