Disorderly conduct: Police arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of disorderly conduct at about 11 p.m. Aug. 30 in the 200 block of Hardman Avenue North. He was seen harassing and throwing punches. While en route to jail, the man exposed himself and urinated inside the squad car. Police took the vehicle out of commission to have it professionally cleaned.
