I’ve complained w/no avail and also have learned they only have part time cleaners meaning when it’s open they always don’t have cleaner to clean the showers and locker rooms. If you plan on using the showers or men’s locker room or sauna, I would not join. If not go ahead and join, the rest of the club is good.
