I'm personally disappointed that they only charged the Deputy with careless driving. 2. I agree that Lakeville probably needs some more transit options but I don't think that the addition of a HOV lane from Burnsville Pkwy to the split will alleviate much of the traffic seen there now (especially if it won't be for another 3-4 years). 3.
