Every year we head down to MOGA (originally named MIGC) located somewhere in the MO/IL/KS area for a geocaching competition. For us it’s mostly a five day road trip and some camping. For everyone else it’s a time to try and beat down the three time MOGA four-man team champions from Minnesota.

Brawny Bear, one of staff members at each MOGA, has posted about our great successes and is basically telling us to watch out :)

I’m glad he does point out that the legend of Team MnGCA is a bit inflated and that the rumors of us running around with beer in our camelbacks is not very true ;)

I’m looking forward to this year’s trip. I haven’t been caching much this winter (and this is my main caching time) and I’m really hoping that it turns me around from my funk.
