Last week’s Halloween poll finished up with the majority of respondents saying that they were going to party. I suppose that might have a lot to do with the fact that the big day is on a Friday? Anyway, I was most surprised by the 7 who aren’t going to be handing out candy. I wonder why that is. I guess we’ll never know :)
Anyway, this week I am doing a poll loosely based on my post about line jumpers at the Minnesota RollerGirls bout on Saturday. I want to know if you practice “Minnesota Nice” or if you prefer to directly confront those that do something wrong, annoying, etc. If you comment, please let us know if you’re a transplant and if you have changed your ways since moving here. I know that I’m always a little shocked when I go anywhere else as strangers warmly say hi to you as you walk down the street. I guess that means that I’ve been here too long ;-)

I think it would be more appropriately named “Minnesota passive aggressive.” Like, I probably wouldn’t have said anything directly to the line jumpers but I would have been pissed off and bitched about it, maybe JUST loud enough so they knew I was pissed off, but not loud enough so they had to react to my irritation

I fessed up why I wasn’t handing out candy. We won’t be home.
