Kimmy’s company hooked us (and Kimmy’s co-workers) up with a night at the Wild game in their luxury box. Originally it was for the staff members only but due to a lot of people not being interested in the game there were plenty of free tickets! Kimmy sent me an e-mail (which I originally thought was to gloat) to let me know that I could come. The tickets included free bus passes so we decided to meet at home and take the 54 (limited stop) from 28th Ave LRT Station to the Xcel. Good stuff.

We got to the Xcel and were treated to the “luxury box royal treatment” which included nothing more than having to show your ticket a whole lot more ;) The suite was nice and included comfy leather seats to watch the game and a fridge full of drinks. I went down to grab some “sports game fare” and returned with $13 worth of brats and peanuts.

I had never been to a Wild game before and I’m fairly certain that if I do return it won’t be in the box :( I’m semi-spoiled now heh.

The Wild ended up losing the game 3-2 but we still had a great time.
