Well, after being off for quite some time due to Spring Break and then the locked pool doors, I was back in the pool with Kimmy on Saturday morning. I was *completely* dead and having a difficult time keeping my pulse in check. At least the shoulder held up reasonably well.
I didn’t do as much as I had planned (2700 instead of 3500) but I figured that with all that time off and swimming again on Monday morning, I might as well take it a bit easier than usual.
