Back in March Kim was trying to sell a pair of Taylor Hicks concert tickets she had for the show out at Mystic Lake. We put them up on EBay only to find that you couldn’t charge more than face value.
Of course we had to be selling those tickets only a few months before a new bill was being passed on to Pawlenty which will effectively repeal the 94 year old law that bans ticket scalping in Minnesota.
I’m not quite sure why Pawlenty is so behind this. Obviously he feels he can make a buck or two or he wouldn’t be nearly as receptive.

Maybe Pawlenty wants to scalp some of those free seats that he must get to every venue in town. Just a thought.

I was thinking along the same lines. Maybe there’s a personal reason here?
