		<description>I&#039;ve often found it amazing that many of the coppers in Apple Valley and Burnsville drive around in Suburbans.  You can&#039;t believe how many times I&#039;ve seen people pulled over in various communities driving these gas pigs.  It&#039;s almost laughable.

We won&#039;t even discuss the fact that EVERY cop I drive within viewing distance of is yapping on the cell phone.  Yet, laws are being passed so I can&#039;t call home and say I am 5 minutes out.</description>
