I went in there pretending I didn't know shit about cars and totally took advantage of me. they are so nice when you buy the brand new car, but when it comes to fixing it or doing anything in the service they are jerks and dont want to fix even under warranty!! last time I am dealing with them. Something that cost 100 bucks to fix they will charge over 2000 to fix. brought to different shop cost me 125 bucks. they are also rude when I try to correct them blaming me for abuse of my car. I bought a new car at Walser Nissan in December, and have had nothing but good to report. I'm racking up the speedy rewards points (I drive a LOT for work) at SA, and enjoying the 6 cents off. I'm also not real happy with the stock tires on my Altima (I haven't even checked what they are yet), but Kuhmo make some pretty good tires. I just remember a service technican that was not as professional or knowledgable as I expected, and overly aggressive employees trying to get me to answer a survey regarding my experience.
